PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion heating device with high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This combustion heating device is provided with a fuel feed pipe 110 feeding natural gas that is fuel to a combustion chamber 203 and a high-temperature exhaust gas supply pipe 120 supplying the high-temperature exhaust gas that is exhausted by rotating, for example, a gas turbine to the combustion chamber 203. In the gas turbine, combustion with combustion air three times that of theoretical combustion air supplied is performed, so that oxygen of about 15% is still contained. Thus, not only are there no obstacles at all in burning the natural gas, but it also can be supplied in the high- temperature state of about 300 to 600 deg.C. Therefore, compared with the conventional type of combustion heating device using the atmosphere at ordinary temperatures containing oxygen of about 21% as combustion air, far higher temperatures are obtained. Thereby, the absorbing solution 300 of a high- temperature regenerator 200 is effectively heated.
