PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition and a molded product having superior flame-retardancy and superior heat resistance, impact resistance, transparency and molding properties. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition comprises: 100 pts.wt. of a composition consisting of a resin component (A) containing 95 to 0 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin (A-1) and 5 to 100 wt.% of a polyarylate resin (A-2), and bromopolycarbonate oligomer (B); 0.01 to 1 pts.wt. of a metal perfluoroalkane sulfonate slat (C); and 0.01 to 0.5 pts.wt. of at least one kind of antioxidant (D) selected from phosphorous-, phenol- and lactone-based antioxidants. In consequence, the flame-retardant resin composition and the molded product have superior flame-retardancy without sacrificing heat resistance, impact resistance, transparency and molding properties and have small yellowing during a molding process at a high temperature.
