PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely stop the operation of a working machine when unsafe operation is performed by a worker. SOLUTION: This working machine control hydraulic device includes a switch 33 for switching the operation between a first condition and a second condition, a selector valve 24 for outputting the first pilot pressure when the switch 33 is switched to the first condition and for outputting the second pilot pressure when the switch 33 is switched to the second condition, and a bleed-off valve 4 interposed between an operation valve 12 for operating an actuator 46 and a hydraulic source 2. The bleed-off valve 4 outputs the first pressure as the main pressure to the actuator 46 through the operation valve 12 in response to the first pilot pressure, and outputs the second pressure as the main pressure to the actuator 46 through the operation valve 12 in response to the second pilot pressure. The actuator 46 can be operated at the first pressure, and can not be operated at the second pressure.
