PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxidation hair dye composition with which the hue of the dyed hair hardly drops even if the dyed hair is repeatedly washed with water or warm water containing a shampoo or a soap, namely having excellent washing resistance. SOLUTION: This oxidation hair dye composition is characterized by containing a mixture of a cyclic silicone and a silicone elastomer. This two-pack type oxidation hair dye composition is characterized in that the composition comprises an oxidation dye precursor, the mixture of the cyclic silicone and the silicone elastomer, an emulsifying agent and water as main components and the mixture is composed of a first agent emulsified into water by the emulsifying agent and a second agent being a hydrogen peroxide solution.
