PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a powder coating uniformly in a mold to manufacture a product having high quality. SOLUTION: This powder coating feeder is provided with a tank 2 in which the powder coating is stored, a pipe line 20 provided below the tank 2 along the nearly vertical direction and communicating with a discharge port 1 of the tank 2, a 1st opening and closing means 7 for opening and closing the pipe line 20 provided above the pipe line 20 and a 2nd opening and closing means 19 for opening and closing the pipe line 20 and provided below the 1st opening and closing means 7 by a prescribed distance.
