PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the slippage and meandering of an endless belt and the deterioration and breakage of the endless belt. SOLUTION: A prescribed driven roller 9b having belt slippage regulating members 18a and 18b is arranged so that the winding angle of the endless belt 9a of the driven roller 9b is the largest of the rollers of a belt driving means 100B, and a tension roller 9e is arranged on the moving directional upstream side of the endless belt 9a of the driven roller 9b so that the winding angle of the endless belt 9a is the smallest of the rollers of the belt driving means 100B. When the endless belt 9a slips and meanders, and a belt slippage regulating guide 19a is about to run over the belt slippage regulating members 18a and 18b, the tension roller 9e is tilted to cancel the slippage and meandering of the endless belt 9a.
