PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent side end parts and short side parts of an engaged frame from deforming and damaging by forming horizontal ribs for reinforcing the side end parts when the lower part of the frame is belted. SOLUTION: A collapsible container is composed of a side end part 3b3 located below an engaged frame 3e formed on one of side walls 3 and constituting fringe ribs 3b, a vertical rib 3c1 connecting a top horizontal part 3b1 and a bottom horizontal part 3b2 both constituting the fringe ribs, and a horizontal rib 3c3 connecting the side end part 3b1 and reinforcing the side end parts when the belting is done.
