Carrier 11 of differential gear is secured on input shaft and its sun wheels 15 and 16 are mounted respectively on output shaft and drive shaft 17 which connects above- mentioned sun wheel 16 with carrier 18 of inertial braking unit whose radial axles carry bevel satellites 9 and inertia weights 10 rigidly coaxially connected with these satellites. Satellites 9 are thrown into engagement with bevel bearing sun wheel 8 secured on hollow intermediate shaft 7; driven wheel 6 is also secured on this shaft; driven wheel 6 is connected with output shaft via bearing wheel 3 whose axle is located in body 4 and drive wheel 5. Transmission and conversion of rotary motion and torque are effected due to counteraction to rotation of carrier 18 and sum wheel 16 connected with it which is achieved at simultaneous rotation of satellites 9 and inertia weights 10 around axis of transmission and diametral line of radial axes of carrier 18 which is equivalent to their rotation about central point of intersection of lines of above-mentioned axes.
