SUBSTANCE: ozone generator includes water cooled high-voltage and ground tubular electrodes; tubes of dielectric material insulating high-voltage electrode; insulators; unions for supplying and discharging working gas and cooling water; device for spacing electrodes. Each electrode is covered (at process of electrostatic deposition) with vitro-enamel layer whose thickness is equal to (0.3-0.5) mm.
