BAKING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE: A baking machine is provided to maintain the smooth contact between a bar code printed on a baking material bag and a bar code reader, thus enabling the accurate control of the baking machine. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine is comprised of a body defining an oven chamber(2); a door for the oven chamber; a pair of kneading drums(14) spaced each other in the oven chamber and formed with grippers(16) for gripping both ends of a bag containing a baking material; a bar code reader(18) for reading a bar code printed on the baking material bag; and a roller part arranged adjacent to the bar code reader in order to maintain the smooth contact between the bar code and the bar code reader.
