PURPOSE: A method for implementing a module program in a portable apparatus is provided to download a program to a non-volatile memory through a module program method and perform the program. CONSTITUTION: A portable device(40) depicts a portable phone. A flash memory 1(41) is located at the inside of the portable device(40) and stores a program operation code. A flash memory 2(42) is also located at the inside of the portable device(40), stores a program operation code, can compile and download a module program separately. When a user selects the downloaded program of the flash memory 2(42), a code is performed. A RAM(Random Access Memory)(43) is a volatile memory region that data is stored only during the supply of the power and constructed by a main code use region(43a) and a module program share region(43b). A computer(30) downloads a module program by using a download program.
