PURPOSE: A noise removing apparatus of a vehicle is provided to effectively remove noise generated from the vehicle by artificially creating control noise having a reverse phase through vibrating an iron plate of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A noise removing apparatus includes a microphone(10), a filter(20), an A/D converter(30), a controller(40), a piezoelectric device driving section(50) and a piezoelectric device(60). The microphone(10) measures a noise level generated in the vehicle and inputs it into the filter(20). The filter(20) filters noise having a predetermined frequency band and inputs it into the A/D converter(30). The A/D converter(30) converts noise inputted from the filter(20) into a digital signal and inputs it into the controller(40). The controller(40) controls the piezoelectric device driving section(50) so as to allow the piezoelectric device driving section(50) to generate control noise having a reverse phase.
