PURPOSE: A pointer of a car is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and improve productivity by simplifying a mold and reducing assembly processes by fitting a plate into an indicator cap. CONSTITUTION: A pointer of a car includes an indicator cap(14), a plate(12), an indicator(11), and a weight(13). The indicator cap has a number of assembly protrusions(14c) formed on an inner circumference. The plate is inserted into the indicator cap, and an outer circumference of the plate is fit to the assembly protrusions. The indicator is formed integrally with the plate and indicates graduations of an instrument board. The weight is connected between the plate and the indicator cap to maintain balance.
