PURPOSE: A valve clearance adjuster for a diesel engine is provided to easily adjust a valve clearance by assembling parts with a screw. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) has an insertion groove(12) in which an internal thread is formed. A plunger(20) has a body(22) and an end portion(24). The body(22), in which an external thread is formed, is inserted into the insertion groove(12) of the case(10). An adjusting hole(24a) for adjusting an insertion depth is formed in the end portion(24).
