PURPOSE: A back tip structure is provided to dispense with a new back tip and to thereby reduce cost by enabling electrode supporters of a welder to be slid to the amount of wear thereof, even though the supporters are worn away. CONSTITUTION: A back tip structure includes a back tip body(10). The back tip body(10) is provided for supporting electrodes(300) of a welder at positions corresponding to these electrodes, respectively. The back tip body(10) has two separate supporting portions(11,12) for supporting electrodes(300) of the welder. The separate supporting portions(11,12) are slidably fitted into guide portions(14), respectively, of the back tip body(10) in a state fixed to fastening holes(13) in the back tip body(10) with fastening bolts. The separate supporting portions(11,12) are forcibly movable along the guide portions(14) in a state fixed to the fastening holes(13) by loosening adjusting bolts(16). At this time, the guide portions(14) guide such that the supporting portions(11,12) is slid in a certain direction.
