PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering method and device therefor for manufacturing a ceramic sintered compact and a ceramic membrane having a dense structure. SOLUTION: The method comprises sintering a compact or a ceramic precursor membrane consisting of ceramic or metal powders by heating and baking the compact or the precursor membrane while giving a centrifugal force. The sintering device is provided with a working part W having a high velocity rotatable stage, a heating part 1 to heat the working part, a temperature controlling part 2 for the heating part, a rotating part 3 to rotate the working part, a rotation speed controlling part 4, a vacuum magnetic sealing bearing part 5 and a tight cover 6.
