<p>The combination garment has body and trouser portions joined together and an aperture is provided extending pref along the outside of one thigh, in an arc across the small of the back, and downwardly along the outside of the other thigh. Pref. the aperture is closed by a sliding clasp fastener. The garment is partic for small children and toilet facilities can be used without removing the garment.</p> |
