<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization device which can perfectly carbonize a material to be treated and perfectly burn an organic gas produced from the material. SOLUTION: This carbonization device is provided with a carbonizing furnace 2 for carbonizing the material to be treated, a burning burner means 60 for burning a fuel, an exhaust gas supply flow passage 64 for introducing the burnt exhaust gas burnt with the burning burner means 60 into the carbonization furnace 2, and a gas supply flow passage 66 for introducing the organic gas produced in the carbonization furnace 2 into the burning burner means 60. A bypass flow passage 134 is disposed in the gas supply flow passage 66 through a flow passage selector valve 132, and a water-removing means 136 is disposed in the bypass flow passage 134. When the flow passage selector valve 132 is turned to the second state, the organic gas from the carbonization furnace 2 flows through the bypass flow passage 134, subjected to the removal of water with the water-removing means 136, and then supplied to the burning burner means 60.</p> |
