PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool with which the coating work of a steel tower is safely performed even at hot line work, a wide coating range is secured at a fixed position and the replenishment of a coating material is facilitated without being hindered by a hose or a tube. SOLUTION: The coating tool is formed by fixing a brush 6 at the tip of an insutated operation rod 2 and fixing a coating material feed line 4 in the mid-way. The coating material feed system 4 is formed by connecting a tube 5 leading to the brush 3 with a coating material tank 6 and connecting an air bomb 10 with the coating material tank 6 through an air hose. A switch 8 for stopping the discharge and a flow controller 9 for controlling the quantity of released air are provided in the mid-way of the air hose 17. In the coating material tank 6, a coating material cartridge 12 and an air bag 13 are loaded. The air bag 13 expands by injecting air to decrease the remaining volume of the tank step by step to push out the coating material in the cartridge 12 to the brush 3 through the tube 5.
