<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and highly air-permeable knitted fabric good in voluminous feeling, heat strain resilience and stability with retaining its whole thickness through preventing loop deformation due to internal strain associated with knitting action and forming stable loops, and a method for producing this knitted fabric, and to provide a laminated material with surface having smoothness and good appearance using this knitted fabric. SOLUTION: This knitted fabric 1 comprises knitted fabric 11 and a purled knitted fabric 13 and yarn 12 connecting these fabrics 11 and 13 to each other, wherein the yarn 12 forms loops through which the two fabrics are connected together alternately, and an expanded thermoplastic resin is attached to intermediate portion of the yarn 12 between these two knitted fabrics 11 and 13. The method for producing the knitted fabric, and the laminated material having such a structure that one or both sides of this knitted fabric is laminated with a thermoplastic resin layer, are provided, respectively.</p> |
