PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system of a waste treatment facility in which a countermeasure can be taken accurately based on the operating information of the waste treatment facility upon occurrence of a failure therein. SOLUTION: Records concerning to the operating information of a waste treatment facility are stored in the memory thereof and various kinds of information, including the records concerning the operating information, is transmitted to a server computer PC. Consequently, use condition of the waste treatment facility can be grasped on the server computer PC side based on the transmitted records concerning the operating information. When the records concerning the operating information of the facility are displayed graphically on a display 66, an abnormal value in the records concerning the operating information of the facility can be recognized intuitively, if any. Consequently, a countermeasure can be taken accurately based on the operating information of a waste treatment facility upon occurrence of a failure therein.
