SCREEN PRINTING PASTE AND ELECTRONIC PART USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing paste capable of forming adequately thick fine patterns with high precision and electronic parts and multilayered substrates patterned by using the same. SOLUTION: In the paste, storage modulus G' at 5 Hz is not higher than 10,000 Pa and the solid portion grain diameter (D50) is not less than 1μm but less than 10μm. Thick-film patterns, not more than 100μm in width and not less than 5μm in thickness, are formed by using the screen printing paste for the fabrication of multilayer substrates.
