SOLUTION: This decorative cover device is formed by a pair of split covers 3 externally fitted to the outer periphery of the fixed pipe 2 fixed to a mounting base 1 in the connecting state. The respective covers 3 are provided with elastic legs 4 extending in the longitudinal direction of the fixed pipe 2 at the edges corresponding to the fixed pipe 2, and the elastic legs 4 are provided with a pressing projection 5 pressed to the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe 2.
