PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition in which thermal stability in processing, dirt resistance for its processing machine, corrosion resistance and color tone are excellent, a molded article and a film which consist of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition consists of (A) a 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin, (B) a 0.001-0.2 pts.wt. neutralizing agent, (C) a 0.01-1.0 pts.wt. phosphates shown in general formula (I). In this composition, (B) the neutralizing agent is preferably inorganic, and the inorganic neutralizing agent is more preferably at least one component selected from hydrotalcite, and an oxide or a hydroxide of an alkali earth metal.
