SOLUTION: This solid and/or powder cleaning agent includes a carbonate of an amount enough for generating carbon dioxide gas by using them while bringing them into contact with water or warm water and an organic acid, a reducing agent, powder of titanium oxide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and dextrin.
