PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the dispersion of a contact pressure with respect to a large area through a sleeve and prevent damage of a resin coating layer and a defor mation of a relatively thin wall pipe body, when the pipe body, which is consti tuted by coating the outer circumferential face of a relatively thin metal pipe with resin, is connected to a member to be connected by a fixing nut. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential face of a metal pipe 2 is covered with a resin coating layer 3. One end of the metal pipe is an enlarged portion 6, and a flare portion 10 is formed at the tip of the enlarged portion 6, thereby to form a pipe body 1. The inner face of a sleeve 4 is tightly fixed on the resin coating layer 3 covering the enlarged portion 6 and the resin coating layer 3 covering the flare portion 10. The sleeve 4 is pressed by a fixing nut 13 to press the flare portion 10 on the member 11 to be connected with the pipe body 1.
