PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided coincidental ironing and deep drawing method which enables a container such as a metal can to retain strength withstanding use and to be crushed easily by hand or foot after use. SOLUTION: The axial strength of the side wall of a cylindrical structure is changed by changing difference of elevation between an inner die and an outer die and the radius of an ironing shoulder, in the double-sided coincidental ironing and drawing method in which the inner and outer sides of the workpiece held by and between the inner die and the outer die are subjected to coincidental ironing to form a cylindrical structure.
