PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the clogging of solid materials cannot be assuredly prevented in the nozzle of any of conventional waste oil combustion devices. SOLUTION: Unless the solid materials K existing together with waste oil O having such size which cannot pass through a filter 5 are crushed to be smaller than 1 mm by the oscillation of a ultrasonic oscillator 13, they cannot pass through the filter, 5 and move to a supply space 9. Accordingly, in the supply space 9, only the solid materials K smaller than 1 mm which can pass through the filter 5 are present. The size of holes of the nozzle 31 is 1.5 mm. Only the solid materials K capable of passing through the holes of the nozzle 31 are supplied to the nozzle 31. Thus, the clogging of the solid materials K in the holes of the nozzle 31 can be assuredly prevented.
