PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pulley device having high flexural strength after reducing the weight of the device. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a connecting fitting 1 which is made of a metallic material and is formed into a cup shape and a pulley part 2 which is formed integrally with the connecting fitting 1 at an end side of a cylindrical part 12 of the connecting fitting 1, is formed of a thermoplastic material and has a belt mounted. The connecting fitting 1 is constituted of a bottom part 11 for forming a mounting part on a rotary shaft 5 and the cylindrical part 12 mounted with the pulley part 2. In the bottom part 11, a mounting hole 111 to be connected with the rotary shaft 5 side via a fastening means 7 is provided. In the cylindrical part 12, a plurality of grooves 121 are provided in parallel to an axis direction of the connecting fitting 1 in the circumferential surface part.
