PURPOSE: A method for producing boiled rice grain for unrefined rice wine is provided, thereby producing the boiled rice grain having improved appearance. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing boiled rice grain for unrefined rice wine comprises the steps of: steaming rice and inoculating Aspergillus kawachii into the cooked rice; culturing the cooked rice with water at an appropriate temperature to produce the boiled rice grain; and adding the boiled rice grain into water, inoculating yeast thereinto and fermenting the mixture, in which the yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae; the Saccharomyces cerevisiae is added into the boiled rice grain solution in the amount of 0.01 to 0.02 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of total weight of mixture; the water supplied during culturing the cooked rice with Aspergillus kawachi is a mixture of water and lactic acid in a ratio of 10:1; and the boiled rice grain is dried at low temperature for 24 to 48 hours after producing the boiled rice grain.
