PURPOSE: An opening and closing apparatus of a sunroof for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience by opening and closing the sunroof easily with operating a button, and to cut down expenses by simplifying assembling process with reducing parts. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(11) is formed in the side of a sunroof(10), and combined with a roof panel(1). A grip part(20) is mounted in the other side of the sunroof, and turned around the hinge for opening and closing. A button(21) is installed at the side of the grip part, and a fitting piece(22) is mounted in the grip part to move back and forth in operating the button. A guide is formed in the grip part, and moved to support the button and the fitting piece. The fitting piece and the button are connected by a leaf spring in the guide. The sunroof is opened and closed conveniently with pressing the button.
