SYSTEM FOR ON-LINE QUESTIONNAIRE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for an on-line questionnaire and a method thereof are provided to obtain a result having a high reliability by a questionnaire through a sample. CONSTITUTION: A questionnaire program(4) creates a question paper in accordance with an input command of a question investigator, arranges a questionnaire result in accordance with a response of the question paper, and embodies the result on an on-line. A server(5) operates the questionnaire program(4). An off-line respondent(2) responds to the question paper on an off-line. A middle manager(3) manages the off-line respondent(2) and inputs a response of the off-line respondent(2) to the questionnaire program(4). An on-line respondent(1) inputs a response to the question paper to the questionnaire program(4) on an off-line.
