PURPOSE: A vehicle rear floor assembly is provided to reduce the whole weight of the rear floor assembly while reducing the manufacturing cost but increasing the local stiffness of the spare tire room panel, thereby minimizing the vibration of the rear floor panel element during driving a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle rear floor assembly includes a rear floor panel element(30) formed of a steel plate defined into a floor panel(31) and a spare tire room panel(32) formed with a plurality of grooves(32a) on an inner surface and joined with the floor panel, and a rear floor member(40) formed of a pair of rear side members(41) and rear cross members(42) and welded to a bottom surface of the rear floor panel element.
