PURPOSE: A door trim mounting structure of a vehicle door is provided to maintain sufficient stiffness of an interval maintaining bracket by welding the bracket along the door trim and shorten the assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A door trim mounting structure of a vehicle door includes flanges(11,11') folded perpendicularly to each other for forming "L"-shaped interval maintaining bracket(10) for keeping an interval between a door trim(Dt) and a door inner panel(Di) and fixed to the door trim(Dt) by ultrasonic welding, and an interval maintaining part(12) protruded from the flanges and inserted by a fastener(13).
