One of blind openings is positioned in the vicinity of outer and middle concentric circles and other blind opening is arranged in the vicinity of middle and inner circles. Cutting edges of knife blades are formed by intersected openings arranged in concentric circles common for grid through openings and having diameter corresponding to distance between diameters of these concentric circles. One pair of blades has openings arranged at an acute angle to knife working surfaces and other pair of blades has openings arranged at right angle to said surface.
