PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel product forming method capable of eliminating interference and twist between panels due to dimensional error by alternately tack welding a main panel and a blank for reinforcing panel and simultaneously forming them in overlapped state. SOLUTION: A panel product forming method includes a blank manufacturing stage for manufacturing a blank for a main panel and for a reinforcing panel using an exclusive blanking die, a tack welding stage for tack welding the blank for the main panel and the reinforcing panel manufactured in the manufacturing stage along with a calculated welding line, a press forming stage for press forming to a prescribed shape by holding the both blanks in one to a press, a trimming stage for removing a scrap from the formed panel product as a unit with the main panel and the reinforcing panel through press forming stage and trimming the panel surface, and an additional welding stage for reinforcing adhesiveness by partly spot welding the panel product produced from the trimming stage. |
