<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-start an engine in a short time when voltage of a secondary battery drops. SOLUTION: AND1-AND8, OR1-OR3, INV1-INV5, BF1, BF2, DFF1-DFF3, TA1, TA2, M1-M4, R5-R10, LD1, RL1-RL4, S1, S2 composes a control circuit controlling power supply to a self starting motor 1. The control circuit connects the secondary battery 3 and hyper capacitors (electric double-layer capacitors) C1, C2 in parallel under a normal condition, and cuts off the parallel connection and separates the secondary battery 3 to enable to start the engine with only hyper capacitors C1, C2 under an emergency condition that the engine can not be started because of voltage drop of the secondary battery 3 and the hyper capacitors C1, C2.</p> |
