PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly connect hoops and main reinforcements with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A scaffolding 20 is put up to a specified height along the outer periphery of a reinforcement assembling part. Long and slender holding bars 21 are erectly arranged at the specified pitch in the circumferential direction along the outer periphery of the reinforcement assembling part, and each holding bar 21 is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the scaffolding 20. A large number of hoops 30a constructed in frame shape or ring shape from the top view are horizontally arranged and successively fitted from above into a space surrounded by the respective holding bars 21, and the respective hoops 30a are temporarily fixed one by one to the respective holding bars 21 upward from below at the specified pitch to form a hoop group 30 arranged at the specified pitch in a vertical direction. A large number of long and slender main reinforcements 31a are erected and inserted into the hoop group 30 from above, and the respective main reinforcements 31a are connected to the respective hoops 30a at specified spaces in a lateral direction. |
