摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong judgment caused by the decrease of power supply voltage or the like in a spot welding-monitoring device for deciding a welding quality by measuring the generation time of a welding vibration waveform or the starting time of amplitude enlargement. SOLUTION: The monitoring device 21 is provided with a welding quality deciding means 205 for deciding the welding quality by judging whether or not the vibration waveform is generated in a prescribed welding quality deciding period at the early stage of welding, a welding progress monitoring means 207 for monitoring the welding progress condition by judging whether or not the vibration amplitude of the waveform is maintained within a prescribed level, and a quality decision correcting means 206 for correcting the output of the quality decision to 'no good' when the monitoring result of the welding progress monitoring means 207 is 'no good' after the welding quality deciding means 205 outputs the decision result of 'good'. Thereby, the wrong judgment at generation of the decrease of power supply voltage or the like is prevented.
