PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleotide derivative which has a new linker part for synthesizing a new fluorescently marked nucleotide derivative which is capable of being safely and highly sensitively detected. SOLUTION: The nucleotide derivative is represented by general formula [1]: Q-CH=CH-Ra-O-Rb-E [wherein, Q represents a nucleotide residue; Ra and Rb represent each independently a lower alkylene group; E represents an amino group which nay be substituted].
