PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam cosmetic for the hair, excellent in both of sense of use and properties. SOLUTION: This foam cosmetic for the hair aiming to have the activities for fixing and sustaining an arbitrary reformed hair style, is characterized in that its rheological characteristics are 1.2-1.4 radian elastic characteristic, 0.7-1.3 radian apparent stiffness characteristic, 0.3-0.8 radian viscosity characteristic, and 0.1-0.2 radian nerve characteristic.
