PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating apparatus for a fluid to be supplied, in which not only automatic regulation for pressure but also manual regulation for it is made possible. SOLUTION: In the pressure regulating apparatus, a hollow chamber is divided into a chamber A and a chamber B on the upper and lower sides of a valve cone (3). A heat-sensitive spring (5) whose spring constant varies according to temperatures of a second fluid in a pipe (2) is mounted in the chamber A communicating with ambient air, thereby resiliently supporting the valve cone (3) on the side of the chamber A. A spring (6) repulsive against the heat-sensitive spring in the chamber A, is provided between the valve cone (3) on the side of the chamber B and a lower main body portion (13), whereby an intermediate main body portion (12) and the valve cone (3) are constituted so as to be engageable with and disengageable from each other, and the chamber B is further divided into chamber B1 and B2 at an engaging/disengaging part. An inlet (7) for a first fluid is provided in the chamber B1, a flow passage (8) leading to a mounting part of a cover (4) is provided in the chambers B2, and in addition to the engaging/disengaging part, an openable short circuit passage (9) for allowing the chamber B1 to communicate with the chamber B2 is provided.
