PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box which can improve the workability in assembling and can be readily opened and resealed in a box with excellent air permeability due to its top opening. SOLUTION: This box is provided with a pair of inner flaps folded inwardly and oppositely and a pair of outer flaps folded onto the inner flaps oppositely at the upper edges of four connecting side surfaces, and a ventilation opening is provided at the top surface of the box when the pair of inner flaps and outer flaps are folded. Each inner flap is provided with a pair of engaging holes in the shape of inverted V toward the score to which the inner flap is connected, each outer flap is formed with two scores in a slant direction from both ends of the score to which the outer flap is connected toward the edge of the outer flap to form inserting pieces with substantially chevron shape at the right and the left corners of the edge of each outer flap, and each inserting piece engageable to the engaging hole is formed with a lock piece or a locking groove by being cut.
