PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated vessel holder which is exhibitable in a three-dimensional manner, easily assembled, and excellent in holding performance when exhibiting and selling the food or the like tightly packaged in a cup-like vessel having a flange. SOLUTION: Side plates 4a, 4b and 4c of required number are formed on a strip-like holder body 1 via a plurality of folding lines 3a, 3b and 3c provided in the widthwise direction with a predetermined space, a tongue piece 9 for holding a cylindrical body is provided in the side plate 4c located at one end during the assembly. When integrally forming holding pieces 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b along upper and lower edges of each side plate, the side plates are folded to constitute a cylindrical body at the folding lines, and the holding pieces are formed so that the adjacent holding pieces keep suitable engaged condition when each holding piece is folded in the cylindrical body, and a gap of the predetermined width is formed between upper edges of the holding pieces 5a and 5b facing each other in the vertical direction.
