PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have large holding power even at the silt bottom, to easily recover an anchor without deforming it markedly even when deeply caught by a reef or the like and to positively recover the anchor so as not to leave a rope, a chain, wood, a polyvinyl chloride pipe, an anchor body, and the like in the ocean. SOLUTION: Stress is accumulated in an anchor arm with strong force by advancing and retreating a marine vessel, and shear pins 10, 11 are directly sheared by flat arms 8, 9 before the arms exceed the limit of elasticity. At the same time, the arms are freed to refloat the anchor using a spring effect caused by the abrupt release of stress, thus facilitating recovery.
