PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device not generating the wear chips of a stirring shaft and a bearing part, excellent from an aspect of sefety and sanitation and capable of suppressing running cost low than before. SOLUTION: The stirring device 12 is arranged on a fixed container such as a tank 12A or the like and includes a stirring shaft 14 provided so as to extend in an axial direction. Stirring propellers 16a and 16b are arranged to the intermediate part in the axial direction of the stirring shaft 14 so as to leave an interval. The stirring shaft 14 is driven on one side in the axial direction thereof by a drive means such as an electromotor M or the like and formed in a freely revolvable manner. The stirring shaft 14 is supported on the other side in the axial direction thereof in a freely revolvable manner in a non-contact state, for example, by the attraction force between the first and second magnetic force generation means 40 and 46 of a support means 30.
