PURPOSE: Provided is a nonaqueous dispersion(NAD) acryl paint composition for construction which contains an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent only and shows gloss comparable to that of existing solvent acryl resin paint. CONSTITUTION: The building NAD acryl paint composition consists of 10-30 wt% of dispersible resin, 30-60 wt% of NAD acryl resin, 15-35 wt% of pigment, 5-25 wt% of solvent, 0.5 wt% of dispersant, and 0.5 wt% of antifoaming agent. The dispersible resin has number average molecular weight of 5,000-15,000, and the NAD acryl resin has number average molecular weight of 20,000-40,000. The dispersible resin and NAD acryl resin are used in the ratio of 1:2-1:4(by weight). The solvent is a mixture of isoparaffin, normal paraffin, and cycloaliphatic. |
