PURPOSE: An incombustible panel containing yellow soil and an incombustible decorative complex panel using the incombustible panel are provided to achieve multi purpose panel expressing good fire resistance and shock resistance properties and allowing the construction on a curved plane. CONSTITUTION: The incombustible decorative panel containing yellow soil(300) consists of a substrate made of inorganic fabric or non woven fabric, or paper; and a resin mixture impregnated or coated on the substrate. The resin mixture comprises a thermo setting resin selected from a group consisting of among phenol resin, phenol metamorphosis resin, phenol-urea metamorphosis resin, melamine resin, melamine metamorphosis resin, melamine-urea metamorphosis resin, urea resin, and urea metamorphosis resin, and yellow soil.
