PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an LCD device is provided to reduce power consumption by changing an output of a timing controller to a state of high impedance in vertical blank section. CONSTITUTION: An output buffer portion(23) of an LCD device is formed with a plurality of tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N). The plural tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N) are used for changing outputting states of output data of a logic block(21) to tri-states. The plural tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N) are controlled by an EN signal. The plural tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N) outputs the output signals of a timing controller if the EN signal is "0". The plural tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N) outputs the output signals of a timing controller changes output states of the plural tri-state buffers(23_1,23_2,...23_N) to high impedance states if the EN signal is "1". The timing controller generates the EN signal in a sink mode by using a vertical synchronous signal.
