PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an LCD device is provided to remove flicker by forming a random number generator by using a linear feedback shift register forming a random counter. CONSTITUTION: The first to the tenth flipflops(51a to 51j) use data enable signals as clock signals and FRST signals as selection signals. The first logic element(53a) performs a logical operation for output signals of the first, the second, and the third flipflops(51a,51b,51c). The second logic element(53b) performs the logical operation for output signals of the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth flipflops(51d,51e,51f). The third logic element(53c) performs the logical operation for output signals of the seventh, the eighth, and the ninth flipflops(51g,51h,51i). The fourth logic element(53d) performs the logical operation for output signals of the first, the second, and the third logic elements(53a,53b,53c). The fifth logic element(53e) performs the logical operation for output signals of the fourth logic element(53d) and the tenth flipflop(51j). The sixth logic element(53f) performs the logical operation for output signals of the fifth logic element(53e) and the third flipflop(51c).
